The Council of Social Action (CoSA) is a Non-Governmental Development Organisation founded in 2006, dedicated to empowering marginalized communities and building sustainable futures.

Our Mission

To empower people, especially tribals, dalits, and marginalized communities, by strengthening their livelihood potential and capabilities through training, exposure, model demonstrations, information dissemination, and networking services. We aim to make communities self-reliant while addressing environmental issues through interactive, participatory decision-making processes.

Volunteer Engagement

We welcome self-motivated individuals—students, youth, and concerned citizens—to join our constructive programs and make a difference in society.

Governance

Managed by a Board of Management that meets regularly to make key decisions. Committee members are periodically elected by the General Body.

Registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our operations.
